Magic
Have you ever thought about Magic in a modern sense? I know most of the people on here on Role players, so I figure that most of you have. Well after last weekend I have too.
A week ago Thursday I went and saw The Sorcerers Apprentice (Good Movie) and that following Sunday played a great mage game in Rome GA. In between those two points I decided I would make a play list of songs about Magic. Do you know what 99% of the songs were really about? Love. The more time I spend thinking about this the more I believe that Love is the last of the true Magic left in the world.
Now I don't write this because I'm in love, but because the more I think the more I see it in those around me who are in love. With love you can change a person, Love can take a bad situation and turn it around, and Love can make the world a better place. But it seems to me the more I look around the more I see that Magic fading.
So, I ask all of those that are in love to hold on to that Magic and for all of those like me without love, keep looking, Magic could be hidden around the next corner.
Now forgive me for being a hopeless romantic, but let me leave you with this "“Love and magic have a great deal in common. They enrich the soul, delight the heart. And they both take practice.”
