Google open to Open Documents

I got a polite but negative response from a query that I posted to Copernic about adding a search function to index Open Document format files on my computer. After a quick look about the web, it seems as that Google Desktop now also supports Thunderbird, Firefox and with a plugin, even open document files created with OpenOffice.org!

Time to switch desktop search tools again!
