First wobbly steps towards a Cert IV
I just started today on my first session at the Australian Institute of Education and Training.and steps towards a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment RCC as registered with the NTIS. I was fortunate to meet up and briefly chat with Allan Barnes who authored the Cert II Information Technology workbook.
The instructor clearly outlined what I needed to do, building upon what I am already doing in the classroom. I can now see my way from start to finish and look forward to working on each module. Nice thing is that I can generate, collect and submit all the evidence on-line with feedback from the instructor .. Distance education, way to go!
Of course the people who will really benefit are my VET students. :-)
