And I'm sorry, Cooner, but I just can't keep up with this level of output. I am NOT Greenmeier! I don't just poop out entries twice a day!
Anyhoo -- my parents got me this phenomenal flat TV. It's a Philips, 20-inch ... and I'm in love with it. I'm probably going to watch "Casino" on it in a few minutes.
Patrick's going to get me a Philips DVD player to go with it, so I'm pumped about that. Our one year anniversary is a mere two-and-a-half weeks away. Hard to believe. Sometimes I can't believe he hasn't gotten fed up with me, sometimes I can't believe I haven't gotten fed up with him ... but most of the time it just makes sense. We do very well together, after all. And I do love that man.
Plainsman's going great. We sent out the Camp War Eagle tab edition today, and it was awesome. I'm really excited, because it's the first edition of the Plainsman ever that will have "Amy Gordon, Editor" in it. (And it will also have "Cliff McCollum, Managing Editor," which I'm just as excited about.)
Two days until classes ... two big chances to goof off, hang out with Patrick, watch movies, lie in bed all day ... sounds good to me!
Joe Pesci rocks, by the way. "My Cousin Vinny" was pretty hilarious, "GoodFellas" is a great film, and I've got a feeling "Casino" will be just as good.
