New cosy flat!
Well,I have to admit that I'm very pleased with how things have worked out re my renting a flat here in Perth.Definitely the Lord's doing :-)
I got the keys today,and I'm planning to move my stuff in tomorrow,after my first night shift.
It belongs to a christian girl who is a physiotherapist,and she's going away to Oxford to do volunteer work for 6 months.She's really decent,originally from Orkney.During one of my visits to the flat,I met her mother,who happened to know Mr Black,and was saved during his earlier ministry years!!!! She was so excited about the fact that I went to Struthers,...it was pretty random but in the nicest way :-) This world is definitely toooooo small sometimes.
I've even met some of my neighbours,and they're already promising to look after me...eek!!Really friendly folk,plus they've got an adorable spaniel too!
Work this past week has been fine...busy as always.I start my night shifts tonight.Slightly apprehensive,but I'm praying that they will go okay.Being the medical SHO in charge of the hospital is a scary thought indeed (understatement).
But God.
