Stolen from my brother but this is the promised post...
Here are rough notes taken from the two friends I was riding my bike with. It isn't grammatically correct or anything. Just in case you want to know what happened to me.
Ride supposed to be cancelled
But I saw ramon and andrew
16-17 mph easy ride
Ramon sprinted, got tired
Went through construction zone
car came from 45 degree angle left side
Thrown a good distance in the air 20 ft
Knocked out
Vet stopped bleeding around legs
Emf took me to hospital
car - 50mph
me - 10-20mph
Andrew took care of me
Emf arrived quickly, took me to the hospital within 3-5 min
Then after that, I got hit
Not responsive to holding conversation
Amazing how fast I healed
doctors said 6 months to a year before I'm back to normal
Pretty rough night
October was not a good month
the car was beaten up
Roof dented
Bumper smashed
Windshield cracked
vet stopped
I have a bunch of bandages do u want them?
Andrew and ramon telling people to stop traffic
Riding on road that was closed
Didn't know about new rod
Giant sign blocking traffic
Got to that side
Lanes merged
Andrew crossed
Saw car
Yelled car
Heard car hit bike
Everything happened so fast
Wasn't slow motion for him
Got off bike
Grabbed cell phone
Complete mess
Ramon checking pulse
Keeping me still
Lady after called 911
She brought out bandages
Ramon was lifeguard
Pulse got low toward end
Worried about that
ambulance in 3min
Slow to respond
come on! hurry up!
they Cut jersey
they Cut strap to helmet
Got out neck brace and back board
Drivers wanted to help
Couldn't do anything
Could have been any of us
Barely any sleep
andrew asked Why?
andreww Asked God why?
Visited next day in hospital
When I was laying down, there were 2 giant gashes and chunks of skin missing
Right knee gosh
Left leg chunk missing
Long night
When riding out
talked about Man vs. Wild
16-17mph not fast at all
Health First coming up
Just chilling
Old lake pickett
When I went out with you, signs up that said detour
Don't remember signs
Me and ramon went first
Andrew hung back
Road closed
Oh well, no cars on road
Short ride
Ramon took off on sprint
Andrew in lead
Don't know how far back
At least 5-6 feet
Screamed car
Ramon slammed brakes and veered off
All my fault I'm in lead
Andrew said "you couldn't have done anything"
Stop like at stop sign, look both ways
Old lake Pickett now dirt road
Thurs night ride just bad
Didn't ride bike for weeks
Rode once before longleaf
P4 carbon, talking about it
also talked about Weird youtube video that does pranks
and NEGS urban sports
"Steal something and run to a burger king"
All happened super fast
Shaking on side of road ready to throw up
Yelled and said car
Turned back around
Heard crash
