I had a "not so good" day at work. Okay, that was putting it very lightly, or maybe I should write it off as Mercury being in retrograde as my horroscope puts it. Basically, communication was awry and all efforts to get things moving was not working.
M surprised me by coming over after his conference call. /melt
Dial-a-cuddle actually works and we had homemade apple crumble with vanilla bean ice cream. He has this amazing ability to make me laugh uncontrollably. Him, coming over in spite of having a long day, making sure I'm okay, being #mynewfavourite person are the little yet very big things he does.
And, he said "I love you" last night. It slipped out, naturally, truthfully and surprisingly.
I think it's time he knows that I love him too. We'll see.
