Valentine Surprise Ruined
So I have been sick for like the past two weeks, but have gotten worse the past two days.
My class got canceled this morning so I got to sleep in!! :)
I was laying in bed when I got a phone call from a random number.
I answer it and a lady says, "Hello, I am calling from blah blah blah florist"
I immediately got excited!!
But, then she proceeds to tell me that someone has bought me flowers and wants them sent tomorrow being, "VALENTINES DAY", and that she is going to be unable to do that so they "MIGHT" be delivered on the 15th or 16th, and is that acceptable???
Is that acceptable? Umm no, I think if he paid for them to be delivered on the 14th that he wants them delivered on the 14th.
She then tells me she doesn't have a number of a florist up here that is answering their phone.
So I go and get on my computer and Google florists and give her the number.
She calls me back and tells me that they WON't be delivered tomorrow, but on Thursday or Friday, and is that okay?
I was like no it is not okay, just send them to be today.
She said she couldn't do that.
I was so upset and she was being pretty inconsiderate, acting like it was no big deal at all, and she couldn't understand why I would be frustrated.
So then she has the balls to tell me that it is okay, that just because they are not coming tomorrow, "doesn't mean that he doesn't love me"
I got soo pissed that I hung up on her.
I am happy and sad at the same time.
I am happy because this is the 1st year EVER that someone has tried to do something for me on Valentines Day, and I am really sad because the surprise got ruined.
If she never would have called and told me that I wouldn't have known, but now that I know that I was suppose to get something for Valentines Day and I am not is just depressing.
This sucks, but is totally my luck.
