alright
so
last night was pretty amazing
my band opened for streetlight manifesto, big d and the kids table, the tossers, and the naked citizens.
insult to traditon played to and the no name whatevers but who cares.
me and charlie didnt need our amps, but we needed the amp head, which we dont have, so we borrowed the naked citizens equipment, and in return andrew let their guy use his trombone because he lost his
no big deal
so the whole time before we came on me and chaz were trying to hangout with streetlight. it worked a little. i hung out with the saxaphone player for a little bit.
then we played
it was probably the best we ever played
it was really fun
really
then we watched the naked citizens and i got andrews trombone back and me and the guy conversed a little bit.
the rest of the night i was just waiting for the tossers, big d, and streetlight.
big d is better than i remember them being.
then streetlight manifesto played
oh man
it was incredible
they opened with "a moment of silence" i think and managed to spread that song out over a span of 10 minutes
amazing
they played a better place, a better time
here's to life
that'll be the day
we are the few
the big sleep <----the song i wanted them to play
point/counterpoint(with the keasbey nights bridge)
everything went numb
if and when we rise <-- that was their encore
basically every spng except the saddest song, a moment of voilence, and failing

not in that order

the best show ever. thats it

so thats it
