Kitty Escape Tunnel!
There are cats living under my apartment!
You know how basements have those little rectangle windows at the top of the wall, that (if you're my height) you stand on tip-toe to peek out of? Imagine standing outside a window like that, only it's not a window so much as a rectangular hole in the foundation of the apartment next to my front door. It's not obtrusive in anyway, and slightly hidden :)
I didn't think much of it, but then we had that snow last month, and I found a bunch of kitty tracks leading to one of these little holes! A week or so ago, I was listening to music and heard a weird meowing sound... and as I walked around my apartment I traced it to right under my livingroom floor! Rock on! How cool is it that I can hide a Cat Cave under me? I hope they're spending their time doing good deeds, or in the least playing kitty poker and "rowring" about their jobs!
