(no subject)
^__^ Yeah. So. I met this guy (ha ha, not like that). He was buying food at work (nyurr, what else do you buy there) and i saw his work badge on his shirt and said "Eee!! You work for AD Vision!" (because he worked for AD Vision :D). He said "Uhh yeah ^_^ I do. You're an anime fan?" "I'm the biggest anime fan around here!"... he then asked me what my favorite one was, but i had a line of people and couldn't really answer him. So later, before he and his family were about done with dinner (yes, i timed it), I went over and said to him, "I thought about it, and have time to come tell you now! FLCL is my favorite anime right now. I even just finished a Haruko cosplay!". He said "ohh, wow, you know there's a convention called Oni-Con coming up this october?" I say "oh yeah, i've been to A-kon 4 years, and Ushicon twice, i can't wait for Oni-Con". He asked me if i had ever done any anime dubbing for ADV. I said No, but i'd LOVE to. He said, "well, we have open auditions all the time! Send me an email *gives card*! I'm Jin!" I shook his hand and gave him my name, and then i had to go because there were more people to help.
YEeeeeeeeeee. How COOL! I could be a famous star! (probably not, ha) But i could be in an anime! How fun! Hehehe.
Alllso, it appears that i may have a "break," as it were, into the booth girl scene, via Candice, who does booth girl work for 3 dufferebt companies. I swear, this girl is magic. :D And nice as all hell! I really hope she can help me out, it would be so much fun to try. What a weekend job. lol.
I feel like i've been discovered. Hehehehe.
On another note, I've been rereading The Holy Omnibus (the Black Jewels Trilogy: Daughter of the Blood, Heir to the Shadows, Queen of the Darkness) again. Ahhhhh The Holy Omnibus. Daemon, you sexy thing, you make me cry like a girl with your shattered chalice. I want to hold you and pet you like a kitty. A pretty kitty with a snake tooth that could KILL. Mmmm, Daemon. Mmm, Lucivar. Oh, if they weren't so very taken. So so very taken.
*I* want to be Blood too! Its not fair. I should be a Healer/Black Widow/Queen. NOT FAIR.
