And one to grow on
Well, it's officially my birthday now, but I don't feel any older. Maybe it'll hit me later. Well, there's really no way that this year can top last year's pure, concentrated laser-like beam of Happy Birthday-ness, most obviously because the fun is lot more spread out this year. Some of my buddies had a party for me three weeks ago, because their schedules wouldn't accomodate anything closer to the actual date, and I came away from that with a cornucopia of new DVDs. This past weekend I saw my family, and part of the loot from there was an official George Foreman grill, so now I really can knock out the fat and seal in the flavor. Most of all, though, I'm happy because 2005 as a whole is shaping up to be a really kick-ass year. I have a new job that gets more awesome each and every day, pays me good money and benefits and allows me to spend more time with family and friends because I don't have to work weekends. Happy Birthday, indeed.
