General Stuff
Some general likes: fluff, romance, plot, PWP, adventure/space travel/intrigue, domesticity, hurt/comfort, loyalty, friendship, family/found family, canon-divergence AUs, happy endings, characters taking care of/depending on each other, established relationships, getting together, unexpected relationships
When it comes to smut, my preferences are pretty vanilla. My kinks are more about circumstances than about acts: first times (including first time doing X-I love the newness and the trust in their partner of it), reunion sex, comfort sex, make-up sex, cuddling, tenderness/touching/kissing (especially hands!), teasing, sharing fantasies, dirty talk.
My DNWs: darkfic, graphic violence, character death, rape/non-con, incest, underage sex, AUs that are another setting (e.g., modern times, they're all pirates), crossovers, and sad/hopeless endings. I'm a multi-shipper and have asked for non-canon pairings here. It doesn't mean I don't like the canon pairings, though; I would rather see an AU where they weren't together, rather than breakups/infidelity.
The only Star Wars I am reliably familiar with is the movies. You can include whatever EU stuff, or invented stuff, as it pleases you, but if it's EU, I likely won't catch it!
Prompts are mainly a guide; feel free to mix and match! For example, I think Luke/Han and Lando/Leia "go together" pretty well but that is super extra optional.
Luke Skywalker/Han Solo
Luke and Han have a dynamic that I adored from the first time we saw them together, and I love how it evolves and strengthens over the course of the trilogy, as Luke becomes a Jedi and Han embraces the Rebellion and realizes he isn't as much of an independent rogue as he thought he was. I am game for pretty much anything with these two. What would things look like if Han fell for Luke? Any situation/scene along these lines would make me happy-the end of ANH, any changes that would bring to ESB, their reunion post-carbonite in ROTJ, anything you can think of! I'd love to see Han deal with the calmer, wiser Jedi Luke, especially given his thoughts on "hokey religions." I'd also love to see how Han/Luke interact with Leia, Chewie and/or Lando because I really love the OT group as a whole. Post-ROTJ, after-the-end stuff is always good. What place do they have in the post-war era?
Lando Calrissian/Leia Organa
Lando is one of my favorites, too. Just like Han, he's a rascal who does the right thing when it counts. I love that he's able to make the deal with Vader in order to protect the people of Bespin, but as soon as that's over, he joins the Rebellion wholeheartedly. And I think Leia could make a good match for him; she doesn't take any crap from him So, I'd love to see how Leia's feelings about him develop during the period between ESB and ROTJ. How does a relationship between them develop? There's some h/c potential here. What kind of adventures did they run into while they were searching for Han? Or, alternately, what is their relationship post-ROTJ? In a world where Leia and Lando got together instead of Han/Leia, what happens next? Does Lando go back to Bespin? What does Leia's role become in the aftermath of the Empire's destruction?
Hux/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren
Oh, look, a brand-new ship! I just fell in love with this one. These two don't have to be all terrible all the time, right? I can see them developing a weird kind of esteem/friendship/loyalty and it turning into something more (especially if it surprises and/or infuriates them). I'd love to see some development for Hux and how he got where he is, and how he puts up with Kylo. Maybe something picking up after the movie leaves off? I'm definitely interested in a redemption arc for Kylo… and he can drag Hux along, too. Or maybe Hux (reluctantly?) has to rescue him from Snoke (who is actually super tiny, y/y?). Or maybe Kylo at last lets someone in on all the turmoil behind his lightsaber tantrums. (I completely embrace the inherent silliness of this entire villain group, so if you do, too, that totally works, though I don't want outright crackfic or anything.) Ooh, and: A TFA fix-it would definitely not be unwelcome. :D
Jar Jar Binks & Luke Skywalker & Leia Organa
I saw the prequels first, so I have a soft spot for them, even Jar Jar. I really want to know what happened to him! I'd love something post-ROTJ, where he finds Luke and Leia, or they find him, or something, because of course he would seek out Anakin and Padmé's kids, if he were still around. He is really the only person left (aside from a bunch of Force ghosts) who could tell them about their parents. Did he even know Anakin was Vader? How did he find out what all happened, and what's he been up to all this time? I'm especially interested in them getting to hear about their mother, since Luke heard a little bit about his father from Obi-Wan (sort of), but nobody ever tells either of them about Padmé.
Padmé Amidala/Obi-Wan Kenobi
These two have such wonderful chemistry, especially in ROTS. I would love to see an AU where Padmé survives and goes into hiding with Obi-Wan. Do they still split up the children or do they keep them both? Where do they go? Tatooine, Alderaan, Naboo, somewhere else? (BTW, this is an exception to my infidelity/breakups DNW, obviously as this prompt kind of rests on past Anakin/Padmé, but I would definitely want the focus to be on her and Obi-Wan.) If that doesn't grab you, anything that fleshes out their relationship independent of Anakin would be great. What if they were the PT couple instead of Anakin and Padmé? How would Obi-Wan balance his feelings for Padmé with his loyalty to the Jedi, who he has been with since such a young age? I'd love to see how to see his differing relationship to the order (as opposed to Anakin's) changes things.
