I really don't want to go to DC, but alogs, I am. Tomorrow my parents and my brother and Jane are all heading down to look at monuments and stupid overrated shit like that. I had no suggestions originally, but now I really want to go to Georgetown U because I might go to grad school there for the sole reason that they have a linguistics program. Oh and that Jess might go there too. Woo.
So I got a few books for the trip. I got Messenger because I looove Lois Lowry. I then found a funny little tome entitled Avalon High, and yes, it is a Meg Cabot book about a high school where some of the students are reincarnations of King Arthur and his court. Trash, basically. I just recently found it's a whole series. Aaaugh. I don't care though. I'll try to finish The Handmaid's Tale too. Boooks.
