I still add most of the assholes for a lot of the same reasons. Plus, I really enjoy shattering their perception of what I was/what they think I was. It makes me feel vindicated. And yessss -- there is nothing better than being reminded that they may have "more" than you, but they're still morons.
I think the most disturbing friend request I ever got was from a guy who molested me when I was 11, acting as though nothing had happened and that we were the best of friends. I didn't add that fucker.
