In Which None of my Paragraphs Have Transitions.

I am incredibly addicted to last.fm radio. I never really got to play around with it until last night because my connection at home is too slow to use it. I've discovered some really great music with its aid -- everything from French 1940s singers to Japanese horrorpunk.

I plan to do yoga between 4:30 and 5 a.m., as according to my step-mom, who teaches yoga for a living, your meridians (which are energy channels) are the most open during that time of the morning. As a result, yoga at that time is supposed to yield triple the benefits.

Today, September 4, TJ and I have been married for 6 months. It has been a difficult journey for me these past few months, but our love has kept me going. He has expressed the same thing to me during our financial hardships. I am a lucky lady. In ten days, we will celebrate eight years as a couple.

As of a half an hour ago, I am on my 12th day without cigarettes. I am almost at the two week mark, which marks the end of most of the struggle. I still feel...off -- almost other-worldly, like I'm outside of my body or that my visual perception is so dramatically different that I get anxious. I'm sure if will pass. I am not sure how much of the discomfort I feel now if a product of the healing process and how much is the allergies I've been suffering from for months. Much of it is the latter, I'm sure. I'm just so incredibly worn down at this point. I look forward to feeling the benefits of my decision to quit.

The weather has been so beautiful lately. Fall is in the air, and it has significantly boosted my mood. This is definitely my favorite time of year. I am awake for all of the cool, crisp air and light jacket weather, too and not hardly any of the mid-afternoon heat.

I am due to wake up my co-worker in three hours. The music is making tonight's shift go incredibly fast. Also, TGIF! No work for me until Sunday at 11 p.m.
