Assuming that this means only OoT and MM games are acceptable...
I would choose The Song of Healing
In Majora's Mask you play this song to heal the troubled spirits, which normally resulted in his transformation masks.
I think that if this song was real, it would be extremely beneficial for mankind. It would heal all of the sadness and regret and make everybody happy again~
Of course this would never happen, but in my mind this is how the song would work.
