(no subject)

i just tackled 7 years or so of junk in my closet, made 8 boxes of decently usable stuff for salvation army, and it felt good! i hadn't seen some of the boxed stuff since we moved to mcdonough, so i went with the 'if you haven't used it the past 5 years, do you really need it?' approach. aside from the letters; i always save letters. and some comics that my neighbor brian and i drew when we were in elementary school and loved sonic the hedgehog.  anywho, now there's room to put everything that needed a space after being taken down from the gallery over at blackbridge friday.
speaking of, i will put some pictures of my exhibit up soonish.  it went pretty well; i got everything up (with much help) on saturday and sunday and it opened at 9 on monday. i also wrote a 4 page research paper sunday night, so slept all day monday after classes.  nothing fell down, neither the eye box or hand chandelier caught on fire, and the talk could have gone much worse than it did.  my mom made fudge and stephanie made a king cake for the reception. hooray!
as awesome as circus folk are, i like having time to read now and make things that don't necessarily have a concept behind them.  there are a few clothes projects i've been wanting to do, such as making a pattern for a 20's inspired coat and prettying up a green felt hat that has potential, but has been lying in the closet floor for a few years.

so...since senior exhibition has about been my life the past few months, that's all of interest there is to say right now. :]
unrelated though, myspace is dumbing us down.  it almost has to be.
