(no subject)
it's a relief to have the classes i need outlined for the year; theoretically i get to graduate after fall 07.
i start working on my senior exhibit next semester; thus far it'll involve locating mannequins(let me know if you or anyone else has old scary ones!), making burlesque-ish clothes for em, and situating them neatly from the ceiling and near the entrance. it will be mixed media but as for the rest or the reasons behind doing it creepy circus style, i'm still unsure because it's a long way off. keeping things mysterious like is fun anywho ;]
pray that i pass spanish and math. 'tis necessary.
this past month was interesting.
i got to know people on campus that were new to me. previously i'd been in the routine of going to class and coming back home because people i spent alot of time with either go to other schools now or fell into that same routine as well.
tony's the first guy i've dated and been able to maintain a normal friendship with afterwards. this counts as a good thing.
intuition is also a good thing.
recently we got a sewing machine in the apartment. stephanie found a pattern and nice fabric for a bellydance outfit and i made the bodice a marie antoinette costume. the skirt was done by my mom, who has bustle making talent.
we have a 7(?) week old baby kitty named duke! >^_^< andrew found him a few days ago in a parking lot covered in fleas and needing food(he's so tiny that he doesn't press keys when he walks across the keyboard), so we gave him a home. and a fleabath. he's cuddly, purrs loud, and likes to chase his funny shaped tail. he also likes straws and attacking joe the plant. i'll take pictures.
i'm curious to see what's gonna happen in the near future.
also, i'm happy for april right now! ;]
sorry for never leaving anyone comments here lately. i still read everyone's, i just feel odd saying something on anyone else's when i havent written anything in forever :]
