Arguably, one of my favorite parts of working at a Hospital, are grossing out co-workers. It's not that hard. One of my favorites is when I drop something edible, to do something that indicates I might eat it after it hits the floor.
The other day I dropped a plastic spoon, and audibly began counting as I hurried to pick it up.

The Ultrasound tech points out "There is not a 5 second rule here.
I laugh.
It's fun, you should try it sometime, if you work in a healthcare facility.
