What can one say about this site that has not been said before by those more eloquent than myself? This pictues were taken by my late wife and I in the year 2002 on our 3rd wedding anniversary, we applied to English herritage for permission to enter the circle itself, where we performed a healing ritual for my step-grandaughter who had recently undergone surgery on her brain, spine and skull. The gods must have been listening, because now she is a happy,healthy lass. That's why you can see my rucksack and our picnic blanket in some shots.
