I know! I spent a month in Missouri & became slightly obsessed with this building. I heard rumors that this particular sect believes that Jesus will land on the tip when he returns, but Ive also heard that the rumor is false.

LOL, yes, I believe this is the center for the Mormon related sect called the Community of Christ (?). I think they broke away and were following Smith's son, while the LDS followed Brigham Young. I THINK, I'm not a Mormon, just a person interested in religious Studies of all kinds. Mormons have some interesting beliefs- some I can get on board with though (like how they feel about family, and how they think hardly anyone goes to Hell- even those with different beliefs don't go to hell according to them apparently). Every Mormon I have ever met has always been really nice to me- even though we disagree on some stuff. Don't know about that specific rumor, but I do know this sect is much more liberal than the LDS Church. Other than that I don't know a lot.
