Sneaky bastard...
So our cat, Porthos has a really sensitive stomach and has gone from being a fatboy to a skinny kitty because he stopped eating. He was constantly throwing up anything he ate so he got an aversion to it...and nearly starved himself to death. Or was it just a sneaky trick?
Because we finally found something he will eat. Wolfs it down, in fact. Scallops cooked in olive oil and lemon juice seems to be his favorite. He ate more of last night than I've seen him eat in a week. He also is eating it right now, because I went to the Farmers Market today and got a pound of fresh scallops to feed him over the next few days. If he'll eat it and get better, then I'm happy to cook for him too.
