But he seems to really like kissing and hugging....I don't know how to tell him that I don't. I don't have many friends and I don't want to lose him.

Yes, Hanatarou, friends do do that, but no still means no. He's molesting you if he keeps it up, and that's considered wrong. Is that clear now?

No, hugging is not all molestation. It will be molestation if they do it and you're not comfortable with it.
