Fai had been sitting in a cafe for the better part of the day, scribbling possible parts to a possible spell in her notebook. It was incredibly frustrating. She looked up at the sun again and perked when she realized it must be close to the time she was to meet F- Yuui. Actually, checking the time with a nearby clock, she was suppose to be there now. Snapping the book shut, she tucked it and her pen into the inside pocket and jumped to her feet.

Running just because, stopping once to coo at a dog who growled at her, Fai turned a few corners before she saw her twin. Smile warming a tad, she gracefully skidded to a stop in front of Yuui, chirping a "Hi~"

Not too late, not that she minded. She was still trying to catch her breath anyway. If she had know Fai had had to run herself, she probably would have cursed herself about being unhealthy or something. "Hey~" Yuui grinned back at her sisters big smile, but couldn't help but feel a little nervous. After all, she was about to go inside and put on things she would never wear otherwise. Given, she had every right to be nervous.

"Ready to look at pretty things?" Fai looked her sister over happily, breathing a bit heavy but not as bad as Yuui's. Well, she ran out in the woods a lot growing up. The very small spell she put on her boots so they didn't sink so far into the snow probably helped too. She smiled sweetly and offered the other a hand up.

"Yeah..." Suddenly Yuui was timid, but only enough to hesitate in offering her sister her hand. After all, she had a feeling she was going to be embarrassed enough for a life time in here. But... she did want to look good for the one she had fallen for upon first sight... and she did want to spend time with Fai. Yuui also wanted to feel and look good. She just didn't want to look stupid, or do something stupid, or look like the common whore... Oh well, she didn't know how well this was going to go and she wasn't about to back away because of some petty little insecurities.

Fai would not let her own sister look anything less then beautiful. And no one but Yuui's certain Kuro-something something would see what was on under her clothes so it wasn't like anyone else's view of Yuui would change. Fai gave her sister a reassuring smile when she felt the weariness in the other, "Good. We'll have fun, 'kay?" She interlocked their arms and started for the front door.

Well Yuui didn't know that. Besides, who knew who was in the shop today. Yuui would rather buy and try at home then do any sort of guessing which sizes and which were comfortable here. "... okay." Again, those insecurities and excuses. She took a deep breath to calm herself and put a bit more spring into her step.

Fai looked at the other out of the corner of her eye and sighed in her head. Oh well, she'd just have to see it was fine. Fai let her hand slid down to Yuui's and knotted their fingers together. "I had the best pastry at this cafe this morning!" She yanked the shop's door open, a wave of warmth and perfume washing over them and beckoning them forward. Fai answered the call, pulling the other in with her.

Well she wasn't so nervous now. She let her fingers tighten around Fai's hold and took a deep breath of the warmth air that soothed her aching lungs and filled her noise with a wispy scent of some soft type of perfume. Which she immediately knew was expensive. "You did?" She asked, letting her eyes roam. She was listening, really, but all the things to look at were doing wonders at catching her attention.

"Yeah... Nice creaming gunk in it." Fai lead the other to the middle of the store. Luckily there weren't many people in right now, and people tend to like to give each other some personal space in such stores. She smiled and came to a halt, swinging their hands softly together. "I'll split one with you on out next date maybe!" she suggested. Fai saw something with feathers and let go of Yuui to go see. "Oooh~" Never wear it but it was amusing.

"Ooh~ That sounds good~" Yuui replied, not really listening. She was busy looking at her options, so to speak. She nodded an agreement to Fai's comment about splitting something, and must have spotted the feathers at the same time. Since they both took a step simultaneously toward the thing. Yuui was curious and wanted to see what it felt like... actually there was a lot of stuff in her that she wanted to see what it felt like.

Fai eyed the feather thing for a moment before taking it off the rack. She held it up on her twin to get an idea of what it would actually look like. It was pretty she guessed, but they were here for simple things for Yuui. Doesn't mean they can't be sidetracked though. Grinning, "Think you'd attract kitties with this?"

Yuui blinked as it was suddenly out of her grasp and then pressed against her person. "Eh?" Like hell she would wear this. Fai seemed to know her tastes though since she was joking. That meant there would be no intention of trying this on... she hoped. "They'd all follow me home," she replied, grinning back. "Like that guy with the pipe and the rats."

"Ew... I never understood why anyone would bother attracting rats." The gross street ones at least. Fai had seen a very cute one living in the attic of her old house. It was probably because it was clean looking. She shoved the feather thing back on the shelf and circled the rack, looking for the next interesting thing. "He must have been wearing cheese panties or something..." ... Ew. Fai giggled again.

"It's a story..." Yuui replied softly before allowing herself to start giggling. And cheese panties was a disgusting thought, but one she could definitely see a man wearing. "And he has a pipe or something to attract them with song..." come to think of it, "... or maybe it was children." Her eyes caught something soft blue, with ruffles almost and darker blue ribbons on each side; and she couldn't resist reaching out to touch it.

"Oh I remember now," she always got her fairy tales mixed up. Fai gave her sister a mock scolding look, "Sissy, are you equating rats to children again? Don't let their proud parents here that. Rat mommies are very protective." Seeing Yuui gain a spark of interest in something, Fai moved towards her to see what it was. She smirked lightly and saw that that would be the first thing to pick up for the other.

"What?" Her attention was quickly distracted seconds before her fingers hit clothe. Instead she turned her gaze to Fai, and the smirk she found on her sisters face was very misunderstood. "I wasn't... I meant..." Yuui certainly hoped she hadn't offended anyone! She retracted her hand and looked about for any glaring moth-- wait a minute? Why would mothers and their children be in this store together!? What a horrible, terrible, and completely grotesque thought. Now her embarrassment was centered around her stupidity of that moment. "Rats are very clean though..."
