Mouth half open, starin' thru the peephole
Hey hay hey. I haven't been on the internet in 11 days. It's amazing. And sad that I don't have time for anything anymore.
Bad news. I got the job. I'm into it 2 days so far and I'm about done with it. Amber says she'll come with me and I really do appreciate that...I mean, talk about dedication. Who else would go on a stupid frontiersman paper route that goes from 2-6 in the morning? I think she likes me! *girly squeal*
Have I been doing anything else? Besides it, that is? I'm trying to think. I finally got to introduce Amber to Jannah...drunkenness might have got in the way a little, but I was really glad to have them meet. It was fun times at Jannah's mansion.
Also, I managed to start my Cadillac today. I know nobody cares, and it's too expensive to drive anyway, but it was exciting for me. But then later when I tried to start it to go to the car wash, it wouldn't cooperate. Poop.
I'm writing this so I won't forget--one of my better quotes came this week when Jannah asked how things were going with Amber. My reply was, "She's all over my bean like a starving Mexican." Pretty good, I thought.
She tried to WALK to my house today. Yeah. Church road to Palmer Fishhook. It's literally 18 miles. Her aunt called me after she had been gone 4 hours telling me to drive around looking. I got worried when I didn't find her soon. She had gotten about halfway here and wanted to keep going, but I made her get in. It was really weird, and she says she wants to do it EVERY WEEK. I know I wouldn't make it even halfway if I tried. It's too bad that she's going to be killed by hobos on the side of the road eventually; I was really starting to like her.

Man, my life is still really boring! Damn. But I did do my hobo presentation on Thursday. Despite no written speeches, no rehearsals, and approximately 4 hours of work on a 3-week group project, our group got 75/75 on the presentation. Pretty poor system, that.
