Have I mentioned lately that I am in love with Jon Stewart?

Last night was hilarious!
And Rosemary, if you are reading this, I hope you caught it cus the major piece was about Canada and the no-confidence vote of a couple of days ago.
Of course, he was mainly making fun of Americans, as usual. Samantha Bee started out her report on the political situation, and he stopped her and made her back up for more background info. She backed up and started again with more of a general intro to Canadian government, but he stopped her again and asked her to go even more basic. She started again with some really basic info about Canada's relationship with the UK, and he stopped her AGAIN and said..."No, Samantha. I mean, where exactly IS Canada?"
She showed a map of North America and pointed out where Canada was, and he looked confused and said "I thought that was Alaska."
ROTFL!!! Good stuff!
Other good stuff:
He totally made fun of the scumball Republican Duke Cunningham getting caught with *his* hand in the cookie jar of taking bribes from various defense contractors.
Best line of that piece:
"Like Scooter Libby, Duke Cunningham comes pre-nicknamed for prison. But unlike Scooter, Duke comes pre-nicknamed as a 'top'".
