This year Busch Gardens is giving away a free safari on your birthday. I took them up on the offer this afternoon. Safe to say it's probably the closest I'll ever get to Africa. Interacting with the giraffe was very cool and definitely a new experience for me

BP meds can be tricky. It can sometimes take a while to find the right one or dosage that will work best for you. It's all about the happy medium. Something that brings your pressure down without causing it to yo-yo. Too low too high too low too high. You don't want it bottoming out going over the Cajon Pass!
