A Very Merry Un-birthday to Gates McFadden!

I traditionally buy myself something frivolous--and usually electronic-- for Gates' un-birthday, but with the price of groceries and gas being what they are, my shopping jones is not feeling it this year. Any suggestions

Oooooo... $3.65 is niiiice
We pay $1.27 per litre, and with approx. 4 litres per gallon that makes $5.08 per gallon. In Alberta. Where we make the stuff. Sheeeeesh.

I know we Americans have been shameless spoiled, but I remember when gas was 38 cents a gallon and I'm not THAT old. So $2-something a gallon was bad enough. $3-something-nearly $4 a gallon is more than my little brain wants to wrap itself around.
