A clever ploy by Sports Illustrated to extract more money from their female subscribers who, to experience the full Phelpsian monty must either purchase another issue(sans the cruelly placed mailing label)from the newstand. Or purchase the cover from SICOVERS.COM--that helpful hint front and center on that offending white rectangle. Curses upon them!
