No. Miss Yousei is quite nice. Susan is as well. And there's Noriko, her daughters, quite a number of girls don't fall into either of those categories. Jean does, but it seems that is because she believes in a stereotype so strongly that it has affected her mentally.
She just seems to get upset when people insult Jean.
And hmm... There's Asuka, Juudai's girlfriend then, as well. But this seems to be one of those false rumors about this place, like how there are no male students.
