October 4, 2012 - In Vidirian City
I made it to Viridian City in one piece. Although my Pidgeot is very protective of me, he is rather fearless and a bit of a daredevil. He tends to try stunts on longer journeys to spice up the journey. It took some effort to restrain Growlithe from teaching him a lesson about treating his master in such a way.
That aside, it looks like Keigo has certainly defied my data yet again for how grand he can make his festivals. I must congratulate him when I see him.
I have accumulated quite the list of things to do in town during October and I will list them here for my own reference:
- Bring Keigo's Pokemon their gifts and wish Keigo a 'Happy Birthday'
- Have lunch (Takoyaki) with Kuranosuke and discuss Pokemon research and other things.
- Eat some of Bunta's "slice-of-heaven" cooking (my Pokemon would love some poffins!)
- Meet up, hear a story, and have a Pokemon battle with Wakashi (Raichu misses Bel a lot)
- Come by the Viridian City Gym and distract Sanada (Keigo's suggestion - my wholehearted agreement).
Well, time to explore the booths and to see what I can find for gifts!
