So your Espeon is still picky as ever when I saw it last? I've been hearing a lot about Marui's poffins. I need to stop by his booth before the festival is over! They sound amazing from what everyone has been saying.

Yeah, I think I might have to stay for the Champion and Gym Leaders battle. It sounds like its going to be the battle of the century! I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there were raffle tickets... you should go ahead and bet.

He only likes dry food! I just don't understand him at all. You definitely need to try them~ They're the best poffins I've had in a very long time. There's just over 2 weeks left to the festival so you'll need to get there soon.

I'm really interested in the arena that's being built. Maybe there will be some spectacular terrain challenges, too! I wouldn't even be surprised if there were food and drinks being sold in the stands, like some sporting events. I think I'd put my money on Yukimura - he is the Champion after all! And I think he'd probably do something terrible to everyone who bet against him.

Anytime! Right? Its kind of strange how the older we get the more nonchalant we become about our birthdays. I remember that! I remember being in awe of you finally reaching the 20 year mark when I was still 19. Good times.~

He likes dry food? Oh wow, I don't think most people can even stomach dry food. Pokemon have weird tastes sometimes. Have you tried giving Espeon dried Pokeblocks? Oh!! I'll make sure to get some before it ends! Shiraishi also told me that his cooking is like heaven, apparently.

Oh I bet! This is probably going to be one of the biggest events in Kanto, ever. I'm sure its going to be broadcasted on live TV. Something like this only happens once in a life time.~ Same here! As much as I want to cheer for Sanada, I would definitely have to think Yukimura will end up totally dominating, he is an amazing battler. Irk, I hope he doesn't see this comment... ... I fear for the people who bet or cheer against him.

Espeon definitely has the strangest tastebuds. I was almost afraid he wouldn't like Blissey's cooking, but it seems I'm the only one with the problem. I'll try the dried Pokéblocks next, though it'll be a while till they can have sweets again! I would say that his cooking is pretty much the best you're going to get unless you can really splurge on something super fancy!

It might even be easier to watch it on TV; so many people will come out just to see this! Yukimura can be really scary... Hopefully he doesn't take too much of an issue with who you want to cheer for~

She's absolutely perfect for the clinic, even though she fusses over everything. I'm sure Feraligatr has his own skills. Oh, I meant that I was worried Espeon wouldn't like her cooking, since it's rarely dry. Her cooking is very delicious~ Maybe she'll be up for cooking for you when you visit. Marui is definitely the one to go to! Better get to his booth early, too, otherwise he might sell out of the flavours you want~

I wonder how they'll let people in, as well. Maybe there will be assigned seating, to avoid mobs. I can see that being a potential problem...

Oh man, don't remind me of when she kick me in the shin because I made a comment about her wardrobe. I was hurting for a week... but I did deserve it. :l They are trashy and you know it. My eyes bleed from how corny some of them can be. :l

I think that makes her even more perfect. She's like a cute little nurse worrying about everyone! Yeah, like biting my head. Oh! So does she make dry food especially for Espeon? Ahh, I can't wait! I'll definitely have to bring her a present too since she's been so good to me whenever I see her. I'll bring some things for your other Pokemon too so they won't get jealous.~ Thanks for the warning! I might have to go back to Viridian as soon as I'm done visiting you.

They might have to have guards there to avoid chaos. Just watch, if there is assigned seating we'll be next to each other for just their amusement.

Haha, at least you realize that you deserved it~ You simply can't appreciate the writing in these novels. It would also help if you didn't skip straight to the steamy parts - you miss out on all the fantastic characterization.

I suppose she is like a cute little nurse, but honestly, sometimes she worries too much. Every time I leave the house, she has to make sure I have everything I need. Sometimes she even packs me a lunch. That sounds like a pretty good skill to me~ Your head needs softening, after all. She does! I don't know how she does it, but as long as Espeon eats it, I'm okay with that. But now he's all spoiled and refuses to eat my cooking even more... They would all appreciate your presents, though~

I can see Atobe trying that one. He might want to take some attention off of his impending loss, after all~

It's generally not as chaotic as this - at least every other month of the year. Atobe just expects that his birthday should become a holiday. Usually it's quiet. I myself am fine, as well. There hasn't been much to do, lately.
