What are the conditions of all the items? Does the cell strap have a plastic tag with Lugia's name on it?

Roller Lugia

The roller is near mint, with a few scratches, Cyndaquil is Mint, And this is a different cell strap, it was a Gacha prize(so no name tag on this one)
