Ahh, I wasn't sure if it was the JAKKS plush or not; I kept seeing the laying down Minun but not the standing one !

Ah, yes. I had seen that one actually.
I'm bad with best offer stuff, haha. I know JAKKS plush are like 7.99 around here and I got the Plusle for around 8.00shipped so I don't know how I feel about spending 18.00 on the Minun. >:

It seems like a lot for a plush that isn't even that big.

Yeah...I always make low offers, haha. ^^;; If they really are serious about selling, they'll give you a counter offer, and usually you can knock quite a bit off the price going back and forth.
