Hello comm! I’m *so* pleased to see this place is still running and a fount of Poké-collecting knowledge as always! As the title suggests, I’ve been away from the comm, and indeed collecting for what will now be about 8 years or so?! It’s probably high time for a re-introduction! ^^; It’s been a chaotic 8 years consisting of a lot of downs…but the

Welcome back! I hope you can find the Shadow Lugia Poke Doll again. It's at a price point I can't justify, so I remain content with my decent-looking bootleg one!
The feedback link you provided can still be accessed on Wayback Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20171013202514/http://feedback.pkmncollectors.net/feedback/view/lureche/ but it's a screen capture of one point in time and cannot be contributed to anymore since the site no longer exists. You can still use areica96's granted sales permission and the Wayback Machine link to make new sales posts.
The pkmncollectors.org feedback site helps new members acquire sales permission faster and allows anyone to submit new feedback on a user. I just tried to access the site today and it looks like it's offline/the host may have forgotten to pay this month. That is a bit of an issue, so I reached out to her a bit ago to see what's up with that and will let you know what I find out!
It wouldn't hurt to make your own thread on this post too, if you would like to receive feedback for any ( ... )

And you’re telling me?! The price fluctuation of Shadow Lugia Pokédolls hit me like a truck when I first saw! And indeed Pokédolls as a whole! I have to admit it’s part of the reason for me wanting to get back involved here to see if comm prices were a little more fair than the insanity that is Mercari/Y!J/eBay etc! 😅 Fingers crossed my little ball of darkness makes his way back sooner rather than later though!

The host responded that they no longer have the resources it takes to maintain the site, and it seems the intended news update about this change didn't get out successfully to those registered on that site, so please continue using the feedback post written by pkmnmod! I asked mod nysaurus to update the pinned post and "community feedback" important links on the main pkmncollectors LJ page with that post as well so people know where to go moving forward.
Poke Dolls are very popular again! I think they are slowly becoming vintage-like status, and more people are catching on that generally the quality of older plush are better than a lot of newer stuff Pokemon churns out. The collecting scene has changed a lot too. LiveJournal used to be everyone's one-stop shop for Pokemon collecting, but now it's more spread out among social media sites like Facebook groups and Instagram/Twitter, and within them, their own niches. The LJ community doesn't have an official Discord server, but there is one that has a lot of member cross-over. I can ( ... )

I can’t blame the Pokédoll hype, they’ve always been super popular and I guess with that, a lot of them found their forever homes making them more scarce over the years as well as more desirable! 😅 I’d adore a Discord invite if you can manage to do that please, I’m mostly on there these days anyway so it’d make a lot of sense to marry that together with Pokémon collecting! That would be fantastic! Thank you soooo so much for all your help! ^_^
