Introduction and most recent get

I'm hoping I did this right.. never used Live journal before and I'm a little lost. XD Anywho, it's good to meet you all! I joined the journal a bit ago but hadn't posted until now due to real life getting in the way of free time - I didn't want to rush my first post after all.
I'm one of those millennials from the UK who was there at the start of Pokémon hitting the shelves and media. I enjoy collecting vintage merchandise (anything from 1998-2006) of pretty much anything Pokémon for the nostalgia and feel good vibes.
My other obsession though, I absolutely love to collect Espeon stuff (as some may have guessed due to my name), especially plushies! I love the whole eeveelution lineup and have various merch of all of them, but Espeon was always my favourite and main focus.
I lack updated pictures of my collection currently, since I packed away and dismantled the display shelves etc to redecorate after moving house.. and haven't put everything back in it's rightful place yet. However! I do have pictures of a recent get, a plush I consider a grail and never thought I would obtain. The Sleeping Espeon! She was a bit neglected, being dusty and mildewy. I gave her a very gentle spot/surface clean and she looks fab now!
I think she's the real official Japanese version after doing much research (I love her so much regardless), but would welcome thoughts on that because I am no expert. The way her ears are stitched on the head has me the most intrigued - I cannot find clear enough pictures anywhere I've looked on others that look otherwise exactly like her.. and can only assume the manufacturer was still figuring out the best pattern.
