Hello everybody!
It's been awhile! I've noticed a bit more activity on here lately, so I figured now's the perfect time for a reintroduction and a mini wants post. So first off hello! I'm Vulpes or Fox, I'm 29 and the pet parent to a toothless spoiled Chihuahua named Maizy, and a sweet little Leopard Gecko named Pippin. I first joined the collecting community back in 2011/2012? So it's been awhile! In the past I've collected a bunch of different things but these days my main focus is on Pokedolls, Rement terrarium figures, and the out of print Pokemon Tales books. As well as the ocasional unique Bulbasaur plush. But enough about me, let's take a look at my collection! Enjoy this sneak peak of my videogame tribute shelf!
I've been playing the games since back in the Red, Blue, Yellow days. As you can see I somehow have managed to keep up with the boxes all these years.
I have a small nintendo shrine that mostly features my favorite games from over the years mostly Pokemon and Zelda titles!I have another shelf bursting with DS, and Switch games, but it's not nearly as photogenic! Now onto my main display!
At the top of my main bookshelf is where my oversized plushies live! My main collections aside from Pokedolls are Riachu and Bulbasaur!
Here's my top shelf of Pokedolls! It's a hodgepodge of different pokemon! It is getting just a little crowded, I'll need to figure out some sort of shelf solutions soon! One of my newest gets is the Skullipede Pokedoll! I was super happy to find her and the newer Venusaur plush over on Ichiba-Japan, I highly reccomend them if you're looking for some of the older releases.
Underneath is my Kanto/Johto Pokedoll shelf! SOme of my prized pokedolls are on this one!
Now onto My Raichu, and puppy/foxes. I added the Sodapop Raichu and Yuruto Raichu this past year. They were entirely too cute to deny.
Last here's my Bulbasaur pile! I love how unique each one is! They spark joy. This past year I added the Christmas Bulbasaur clip, and the Please Write a Report Plush!
I ran out of room on my shelf so I have a Cubone Cubby! The cubone on th Right is one of the first plush I ever made. That was back when Cubone only had like 2 official plush. He's gotten so much more love these days! It also houses my Pokemon Tales collection, So far I've managed to track down all but 4 of the OG run, and I lack 6 of the Gold and Silver ones.
The rest of my collection is sort of spread around my house. I've got a good pile of Funko pops around! The big sized ones live ontop my other book shelves. But these little guys live right in my window sill.
Big big Arcanine lives on the Futon in my office! With the BAB Vaporeon and Bulbasaur. All my co-workers love seeing him in the background in meetings.
Every room should have a basket of screaming dragons. I've got a real soft spot for Rayquaza.
What better way to tell the time in my office than with this adorbale vintage fav! I had to turn the sound off because it kept going off during meetings. But It still makes me stupidly happy! This was a grail for many years that I was finally able to afford.
Lastly my Rement terrariums! They just keep churning out more an more of these adorable little pocket worlds. And I keep throwing my money at them.
That's pretty much it! I realise now that I did forget to photograph my Fit/sitting cuties plushies so that will have to wait for another day, but I hope you enjoyed this peak through my hoard of Pokemon!
As far as wants go, I'm really looking to add one or all of these little dudes to my collection so please let me know if you're looking to rehome any of them!
