Some of the Sword and Shield plush have become tricky to find, especially the US versions! If you use a middleman service like ZenMarket or Buyee, you might be able to find a Japanese version on Yahoo! Japan Auctions or Mercari Japan. I see a few sold listings on Mercari Japan, in fact:
