All the cute plush suggestions so far have been great; and I'll add some as well:
I'm not a huge Eeveelution fan but the Tomy A.R.T.S. line is so wonderful that I picked up the Leafeon and Glaceon. They're really soft and fuzzy!
And a personal favorite of mine; though Vulpix isn't on your list, I found this plush to be way too cute to pass up:
The Crystal Season Alolan Vulpix plush, which also comes in a Kanto version as well. I can't explain how soft the tails are *_*
I think Suicune is the only one on your list aside from oddities like Zigzagoon that hasn't had more plush releases since the fit/sitting cuties plush. Those are okay, but not usually the best quality controlled/particularly stylized or soft.
