I got my first nanoblock kit yesterday (Raikou!) and I'm excited to build it after work! All the pieces being this tiny are a little intimidating, but I enjoy building Zoids so hopefully it won't be too bad.
Anyone else have these kits? What were your experiences with them?

I personally love nanoblocks! They're fun to build. :) I would suggest working on a surface with a lip so you don't accidentally drop any pieces on the floor. Also doing a presort of your pieces will help in the long run of building.

I hope you enjoy your build!

That's a good suggestion, thanks!
I'll be sure to do a pre-sort of the pieces as well. At least the instructions aren't a full booklet like what I'm used to building, so I don't think it should give me too much trouble.

OOH I hope you have lots of fun building Raikou! :D
I love building Nanoblock kits so much. The only thing I don't love about them is how hard it can be to get pieces apart if you make a mistake. Unfortunately I haven't figured out anything to help with that, except for double-checking which pieces/orientation I'm supposed to be using haha

We got our tortoise a few weeks ago! It's a baby so we won't know it's gender for many years but we are calling him Bowser. He's a silly little guy who tries to climb everything and loves digging. He's going to be a handful :)

Congrats on your new tortoise friend! :D I'm having a hard time figuring it out from the photo, what species of tortoise did you get?

The photo went weirdly pixelly. Idk why! But thanks! He's a Hermann's tortoise. He's roughly 3 inches and 25 grams. So tiny!
