Considering selling off my collection, would like to gauge interest..
Long time no post! Before I really get into this, I was granted sales permission by areica96.
As the title states.. I am very strongly considering selling off the majority of my collection, starting with my figures. Kind of a sad thought as I’ve always loved my figures, even more so than plush (which is saying a lot). Regardless, I think I may be finally ready to rip off the bandaid and let them all go. I have a sizable Tomy collection - my goal was to collect the entire first and second generations. Never quite met either goal, but I came very close with gen 1 and have a decent amount of gen 2. There are quite a few rares (Voltorb, Electrode, Golbat, Crobat for example)! I also have several from later generations (beyond gen 1 and 2, I would just collect whichever 'mons I liked best. Litleo and Delcatty still in their original box/packaging). I made it a point to collect everything I have from Japanese auctions or other collectors, and I worked very hard to obtain only official figures.The box I keep all my Tomy figures in is HEAVY and full from top to bottom. I also have a box (and a bag) full of Full Color Stadium and Battle Museum figures. I'm just trying to gauge interest here, so please note that these pictures are far from representative of which figures/how many I actually have! I have no idea if I'd list them all individually (that would be so very time consuming and frankly a bit hard to keep up with), or compile each type of figure into lots and auction them off.
I've also got a large tree playset with all the original mini figures. Pieces still attached! (I would just need to locate the mini figures first before putting the playset up for sale - I'm fairly certain I accidentally mixed them in with my battle museum figures. Whoops D:)
