Toxel Comfy Friends Plush Cancelation?

I ordered mine on the 12th and just received a notification that it was canceled. Honestly I'm pretty annoyed with the Pokémon Center because this is the second time my order has been canceled this month. I'm going to contact them to see if they'll restock or give me compensation for screwing up another order.

I saw a case of someone ordering him on the 13th and got canceled the next day. I bought him on the 11th and he shipped yesterday. Not all the comfy plushies went up at once, toxel, substitute, and skwovet went up first and the rest went up 5 hours later. During this time the banner was saying order by 2est to get your items before the 24th, so maybe more people were ordering. The toxel line is one of the most popular gen 8 mons, but to me the surprising thing is that larvitar is still in stock.

Man I wish I had ordered it a day earlier. I'm used to Pokémon Center stuff selling out relatively fast, but it's aggravating when it's still listed as in-stock day or more later.

I'm tired of PC, I saw all the posable plushes went online except Lucario, I emailed them asking if it was out of stock or not a part of the release from the beginning, and they always reply with the same thing: We don't know LOL

If I could, I would buy Pokémon stuff from literally anywhere else at this point. I sent them a message asking why I wasn't notified sooner and if they're gonna restock, but I doubt I'll get a solid answer either.

My only option to get Toxel now is eBay or Amazon.jp and it's double the price ;0;

It's still in stock on PC Japanese website, maybe try a proxy service, but shipping from Japan has been very painful this year. I didn't buy the Lucario plush from the Japanese site thinking the US site would have it (since they did have all other plushes from the same promo) but turned out they don't have it. It's crazy.

The Pokémon Center certainly has some...interesting business practices. I'll never understand why they'll release an entire line except for one plush or greatly underestimate how quickly stuff will sell out.

By the way, do you remember how long it took for PC to email you back?

Still has few instock if it helps... I get it must be annoying and all. I got a plush from them and it is the real deal.

I don't know of the price range is a lot higher or not. Sometimes especially during these times I have had with other companies then pc problems but some have had it due to the lets go with unique circumstances... So sometimes it is just better to get them else where.

Sorry this happened, I know how frustrating it feels. Pokemon Center loves to cancel my orders all the time. I've heard of people getting discounts when they do this, but it has never happened to me.

I was afraid of this happening when I ordered the Substitute plush from the same line, but miraculously that one is still in stock and I'll be getting it tomorrow. I think Pokemon Center US doesn't have a very good inventory system or something. I remember the cancelling order issue happening in years past. I hope you can get Toxel some other way.
