Some Gets and WCT S1, S2, & S3 Questions
Hello all! I just got back from the beach and while I was there I got to stop by some Targets and Walmarts to see what Pokemon are out (since my Walmart doesn't really carry them, sadly). Below the cut are some of my finds and also something odd I noticed about Wicked Cool Toys Pokemon.
First up, here's all my gets from the beach!
My favorites out of the Kanto-starter-Pikachu duo packs are definitely the standing on all fours Pikachu and Bulbasaur. That Pikachu has to be my favoirte Pikachu pose so far that WCT has made. Just love that smile too! And man, I don't even care for Bulbasaur that much, but WCT's figure of him has made me love him! He's the perfect size and weight and feels good sitting in the palm of your hand~
I was so happy to find Sharpedo in stores! He's such an elusive figure (at least at the stores I've visited) and made rather nicely! You can move his side fins up and down and press back on his bottom fin for some chomping action. I know Sharpedo was made into a figure before, but doesn't seem to get enough love. I'm really happy that WCT seems to be making not only popular Pokemon, but some of the "unpopular" ones as well. Same reason why I really love the Pokemon Fit/Sitting Cuties plush as well. <3
I love Larvitar and was happy to find this figure of him! This one has to be my favorite of the bunch! He's very durable, well-made, and the paint job is pretty good. Him and one or two other Clip n' Go figures were the only ones I've seen of WCT's series 3 in stores so far. I also saw a Power Action Charmander plush when I was at a Target, which may very well be series 3 too.
With that being said, I have some questions. These foldables come with every figure according to their respective series. However, the Kanto starters and Pikachu sets were listed as series one on their box AND on their feet. They're not listed at all on the S1, S2 list though (except for the Pikachus). Squirtle and Charmander are in S3, but Bulbasaur doesn't seem to exist.
Does anyone have a full list of everything that WCT has out or is being released or know of a place that has one? Even they're site doesn't have everything on it. They especially don't have an organized list of their plush, even though it's mentioned on the S1, S2 foldable, but never shown.
Besides all that, I'm really excited for the Greninja and Loudred figure! If anyone happens to see them in stores or possibly has them and is willing to sell, I'd definitely be interested!
