Custom lazercut acrylic box for sale
Hey everyone! Long time no post. I have been active in the Discord server though, so if you need to get a hold of me, you will probably find me there. =)
Firstly, to get it out of the way, I was granted sales permission on March 23rd, 2016 by areica96.

I have for sale boxes I created myself. Within the community and on discord, I have noted a common theme of frustration for being able to store and view flats people get in the community. I originally set out to make a clear-file box (its coming!), but quickly changed tactics and started with postcard size to work out issues and get the design for it down. I now offer it up for sale here. It is made of 2 mm thick acrylic, lazer cut and hand glued by me.
Measuring a little over 5 1/2 inches wide and deep (or 14.2 cm) and 6 1/2 inches tall (or 16 cm) the box is made to fit postcards, as well as 4x6 photos, and each side is double walled so you can display something on each side of the box while storing more in the middle of the box itself. I will freshly cut and assemble each box to order and you can choose what color felt bottom you would like (or choose to not have one.) Box is $50, and if your interested in the clear-file size one as well and buy a postcard box from now to Friday, I won't charge pp fee, give you $10 off price of clear-file one when it's available, hold your box until the clearfile one is made, and ship together. If you decide, after clear-file one is made you don't want clear-file box, I will instead give you $5 off the postcard box's shipping cost.
When you order, please give me at least 2-3 weeks to make your box. I am out of materials right now, and will need to order them. Once I get more materials, I will start work on clear-file box and that will be up as soon as I get it figured out. Don't be afraid to ask questions if your unsure or need more information! I am also more then up for trying to create custom works, but be mindful I haven't had my machine very long, and still learning, and I have to custom design everything I cut. My machine cuts and engraves various materials and if you want to know more about it, you can check out the Glowforge homepage. They even have patterns to buy for different projects, and if you see something you like, we can discuss buying and cutting it out for you. Thanks guys!
