Winter gets, mini grail, looking to buy and more!
Hello everyone!
I'm desprately looking for this Sekiguchi MokoMoko Mimikyu plush to buy, but every site I use doesn't have it for sale. No listings on amazon.jp, Y!J, nothing D:
Does anybody know where I can get one? (Pic from Mikitzune)
I also have a small collection update, and here's a preview of what's inside...
First was these two sitting cuties! The kangaskhan was a gift for a friend of mine, but the Ratatta is mine!
I've wanted years for Rattata to get a Kantonian release. Ironic that his Alolan form got a plush first.
Next are my gets from polahbear and PokeVault!
The goldfish are from Pokevault along with two other pokemon fit plush in the photo below.
I have adored the Mareep line since the Gold/Silver versions and had one on my team <3 Of the line Flaaffy is gonna have to be my fav of them.
Here were the other two plush that were with the goldfish pokemon. I had to keep the pics seperate since they we're christmas gifts, and the gifteees use instagram, so I didn't wanna spoil their gifts.
I had reasons for gettign these four Pokemon Fit plush in particular.
In my Yellow version I had an Omastar, and I love how bulky that he was. I have survived a ton of battles that would've ended me if i used other pokemon. Along with that, I recall spending days trying to save up coins to get Porygon on my team. I was super excited when I got the chance to evolve him to Porygon2 in my Gold version.
As for Goldeen and Seaking, my friends on twitter kept saying that because I keep posting pics of my goldfish there, that they say goldeen/seaking remind them of me. <3 I can't believe that I never looked at them before.
Next are the christmas gofts I have recieved. EEVEELUTION POKEMON DOLLS <3
I may not be too keen on the Pokemon Dolls line, however, I do love the consistency for the eeveelutions of this plush line being the same pose and all!
Leafeon was a late christmas gift too! I really love the size of her ears <3
I plan to get the rest of the plush line later (ugh PokeCen online no longer has Vaporeon and Glaceon in stock)
Next up are gets from my middleman. I'm glad I payed extra shipping for this to arrive on time before Christmas. Mawile was the Christmas gift for a friend.
Now to go through individually!
I have been waiting forever for PokeCen to release a Chikorita plush, since they seem to have neglected Gen 2 when it comes to standard plush.
Charmander is adorable, and I preferred to get the jpn version because of the bell.
The Amigurimi pikachu is soft for a knitted plush, and has adorable fanart.
I also love the blanket, however I admit it's too small.
MINI GRAIL GET <3 MWT Gengar plushplush!! I was super excited for him to come in the mail!
Oh man, I feel closer and closer to completing my plushplush/pokedoll collection!
This Pikachu Re-ment terrarium! It's beautiful to look at, but a bit of a pain to put together when things like to fall.
The labor was worth it, just to look at the pleseant atmosphere.
Close up <3 Cuteness. The pikachu in the log is a female one if anybody wanted to know.
PokeBread and PokeDumpling plush.
The Dumplingchu is so soft and squishy! It really feels like a dumpling, and he's a tad heavy too.
The two forest re-ment sets side-by-side comparison!
I have only two complaints (nitpicky?) for the 2nd set: There's too much empty space, and the big one being that it often likes to fall over (the branch holding pikachu and caterpie broke) :/ The weight lops to the side which causes it to collapse. I dunno if it's just my set though. Anybody else having this problem?
Despite it's flaws... I really want a vol 3 of this forest set!
Haul of recent plush together. I had to get the rest of the mofu-mofu paradise because they were super soft <3
Went to gamestop for Joking Hazard, and came out with more! Jolteon is adorbs, and same with the Vulpix figure. I love how it has a tiny display case.
At work there was a table that was the perfect size for the Secret Base. After bringing it home, I finally found a way to display the Rotomdex playmat.
The pikachu pillows can be used as cushions for guests to sit on.
Got this shelf for my applause plush from work too! After organizing them all, there were two empty shelves left, so I decided to put my Change to pokeball plush there.
I have wanted to display my applause plush for quite some time as they are my fav line of vintage plush, but a properly sized bookshelf didn't come through at work until now.
Speaking of work, these are my work gets. A pokemon book, and a Grubbin figure. I sold grubbin to a collector.
Last is this album for flipz cards, with some of them inside.
Here's the cards that were inside! Some of them seemed to be fading due to age unfortunately.
Well, that concludes this collection update for this year! It has been quite a year for collecting accomplishments on my end obtaining rare plushplush and pokedolls. How has 2018 been to you with collecting?
