I would say the plush is in good condition. The discoloration you're referring to on the neck is actually excess glue from the neck rings. The plush had those upon purchase, so it's not damaged in any way. I'd assume that the glue could be scraped off if need be.

Those are perfect, thank you so much! Glue makes sense, I’ve had that happen a few times with mine. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this though, thanks again!
