San-ei gets + new display
Hi everyone, I hope you're all having a nice summer so far~ Collecting has slowed a lot for me (I haven't added anything to my main Pikachu collection since earlier this spring), but I wanted to share a couple gets today. I've really fallen in love with the San-ei All Star Collection; they're all just so adorable, well made, and soft! It's for sure my current favorite plush line. I also put together a little semi-DIY display for (most of) my Poke-plushies that aren't Pikachu~
First up, my mother-in-law sent me this sweet San-ei Oddish! ;_; <3 As you can see, they fit perfectly in the palm of my hand.
Highly recommend this Oddish, they are just incredibly cute and well made. I've been meaning to get a plush of this Grass friend for some time, and I'm very impressed with this guy. Next up...
Unexpected San-ei Dragonite plush friend from my husband! I know I'm being redundant, but, seriously... buy the San-ei plushies, haha <3 Dragonite in particular feels very plush and extremely silky-soft. He's very detailed and super cute. I love the entire Dratini line, and this soft Dragon really hits the spot. I've named him Duke and gave him a quick little bow tie to be fancy, haha~
I was thinking about buying a new shelf to properly display the rest of my Poke-plushies, but decided to save some money and do this instead:
I used a small end table I already had, and made risers out of cardboard boxes, then simply wrapped them in some pretty tissue paper. Plush I couldn't fit on the table are just stowed underneath for now~ I think result looks pretty nice :')
