Query about Pokemon Center Cafe

Hi everyone ヾ(＾∇＾)
My family and I are planning a trip to Japan next year (yay!) and I really wanted to go to the Pokemon Cafe in Tokyo, but I read that they only take reservations for max four people and we are a fam of five. ^ n ^;
I also saw on this site (https://nintendosoup.com/reserve-table-pokemon-cafe-japan/) that you can only book per time

I just got back from a trip to Japan and I got to go to the Pokemon Cafe. You won't be able to make a single reservation for all 5 members of your family, but you can try making two separate reservations (e.g., one for 2 people and another for 3 people). You might be able to get the same time slot this way. If not, you can probably at least get time slots that overlap (e.g., first group eats from 6:00 to 7:30, second group eats from 6:15 to 7:45). Just play around with the day/time and you should be able to find something that works. Also, I don't know if they have any rules about a single email account only being able to make one reservation per day, so if they won't let you make the second reservation, just have another family member do it. I went here last month and I think your best bet as midnitesilven said is to make two reservations of 2 and 3 people for the same time slot. You would have to do this with different email addresses though. I went twice on different days and it still made me use different emails for some reason.
There’s a lot of seating space so bare in mind that although you book for the same time you might not end up sat on tables next to each other

I'll have to remember that about the emails thank you so much! Also from what I read on the website, did you have to line up downstairs beforehand?

There's an entrance to the cafe on the way to the Pokemon Center and you can just line up by the sign. Before you get to the actual Pokemon Center area, there's a big room with Snorlax, and on the left side is a sign for the cafe (on the right is the entrance to the PC). It will look like this:
