Pokemon Sukui/"Scooping" Dolls

On the lookout for a few items recently, but am zeroing in on one in particular. I'd been eyeing a Skitty sukui doll figure in a sales post and missed out, so I was wondering if anyone might possibly have any information about it, or know of any Japanese search terms so I can go dig for it myself? From what I understand, it is similar in size to a kid figure but has a solid bottom. Here is a pic of it:
